Becoming a Unilab customer is meant to feel like relief, not like another project. Here is exactly what happens, from the first free check to a department that just runs.
Step 1
We start by understanding where the business stands. You send a short form, we review your website, visibility, security and 2026 requirements, and give you a scored report with the three actions that matter most.
Step 2
With the report in hand you pick the level that fits where the business is now: Solo, Vekst or Skala. If something needs building from scratch, we handle it as a Unilab Bygg project, and the cost can be folded into the subscription.
Step 3
The first 30 days are a start-up sprint. We take over the digital side: website, domain, Google profile, security and whatever else has been left hanging. You get one fixed contact who gets to know the business.
Step 4
After start-up it simply runs. We operate, improve and keep watch, month after month. You get a monthly status report, and on Vekst and Skala a fixed strategy meeting. Everything gathered in My page.
